We know how excited you are to receive your order from Little Poppets & Co and many of our products are available on a Next Day Delivery service depending on your postcode area and if ordered before our cut off time.
Please note our 2pm cut off time is subject to change. For example, an earlier cut off time may be implemented during busy periods (this includes Bank Holidays & UK Celebrations). Please be sure to check the relevant product page where you will be able to see if the product is in stock and available for Next Day Delivery. Please do contact our Customer Service Team via our Online Contact Form for any questions regarding delivery timescales.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch notification and our courier will send your tracking information on the morning of your delivery. Unfortunately, once our courier service has your order, we are unable to amend or guarantee delivery. On occasion circumstances out of the control of our courier service do cause unexpected delays and, on these occasions, we are unable to offer any form of compensation for this.
Please note if an order contains different delivery timescales, the fulfilment time for the order will be the oldest timescale. All orders are consolidated into one consignment. You may however request for the in-stock items to be sent separately; you can request this by paying a delivery charge to split the delivery. To arrange this please contact our Customer Service Team.
If your order contains a free gift and this has a delivery delay, regretfully we are unable to split the order. You can, however, request the cancellation of the free gift to enable your in-stock items to be dispatched.

Furniture Set Delivery Times
Furniture is shipped direct from our manufacturers via 2 man delivery teams. Please allow more time for these deliveries.
We also offer a local (approx 30-mile radius) Deliver & Build service for £170 (3 pc furniture set). Please call our store for more details.
Customers must report any failed deliveries, damaged items, or missing parts within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email or text message.
Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery as orders cannot not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. When placing your order, please only submit your mobile number because some courier companies will send you a unique PIN to your mobile number/email that must be provided to the delivery driver in order to receive the delivery.
Items eligible for free delivery will not be sent in separate shipments. If the customer needs to split the shipment, an additional shipping charge will apply.
Any order that is cancelled after it has been dispatched will still incur a delivery charge that will reflect in your refund. This includes items eligible for free delivery. We can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails. If you need to cancel an order, please call us.
Delivery / Signature Disputes
In the case of a delivery which has been signed for but gone missing at the delivery address or been requested for the parcel/s to be left in a 'safe' location and then gone missing an investigation will be started as this a criminal offence of theft from a property. The driver will be interviewed and go back to your address again to confirm where he left the parcel and then an investigation on the theft of this item will start. DPD / APC Security manager will start by asking if you and your neighbours if you/they have CCTV on their properties or vehicles to see if there is any footage of the theft from your property and then go from there. Possibly the police may have to be involved. Unfortunately, this process can take up to 7 working days for this to complete. After this a Denial of receipt letter will be sent to you that you must sign and return it before any replacement will be sent out.
All items ordered online can be collected from our store FREE OF CHARGE. You will need to bring the card you paid with and one form of ID showing your current address or 2 pieces of identification showing your address if you have paid by PayPal.

Here at Little Poppets & Co we are keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible, therefore we may use recycled/replacement packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore, contents may differ to the description shown on the carton. We also combine our products where applicable to reduce the number packages dispatched to you. Please check inside for goods ordered before contacting us. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £15.00 returns charge will be applicable.
