Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange any product*† purchased via www.littlepoppets.co returned within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges).
In all cases a returned product must be its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (for online orders you can use your order confirmation email or dispatch email).
†Exclusions - toiletries, and personal products such as breast pads and nappies, briefs and
products that have been personalised, software, DVD's, food (including formula milk), TENS
machines, gift vouchers, gift cards and opened mattresses, If any products are returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion then all items must be returned.
*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
Items purchased in our store or online at www.littlepoppets.co can be returned to our Sevenoaks store at:

All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number.

Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on 01732 456497.
Should you require a large unwanted item to be collected this can be arranged by calling 01732 456497.
Returns for products purchased from www.littlepoppets.co and shipped outside of the UK can be done either by post or by returning to our UK Store.
Prior to returning an EU order please contact our Customer Care Team in the UK by email, phone or post. We are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 5pm Saturday.
Failure to do this may result in a delay in processing your return.

Returning by post: To return an item you should use your local postal service at your own cost.
You should obtain a proof of purchase receipt. We recommend using a tracked service. All refunds for items returned will be credited to the original payment card and/or PayPal account.
Items should be sent in their original packaging, marked as “returned goods” to:

Please include the returns slip in the parcel.
Please note: Failure to mark the parcel as “returned goods” and or to include the returns slip may lead to a delay in your refund being processed.

All items purchased through Little Poppets & Co limited come with a manufacturers warranty.
If an item you have purchased from Little Poppets & Co develops a fault as a result of the
manufacturing process within 30 days of purchase we will refund or replace the item for you - Exclusions, terms and conditions apply.
After 30 days of purchase items are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty and we will strive to ensure we rectify the fault accordingly. To be able to assist you we may ask you to provide us with images or a short video of the fault. From time to time we may request we collect the items from you, in this instance all costs will be covered by ourselves. Items will need to be packaged for travel.
The manufacturer’s warranty only covers against manufacturing faults and does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse such as, but not limited to, improper storage and product care
Maintenance and use other than that indicated in the user guide
Failure to follow the instructions in the user guide
Abuse, neglect, carelessness or accident
Modification or alteration of the product
Air transportation or freight damage
Damage to tyres such as holes, punctures or tears
Mounting or installation of third party products such as buggy boards that are not recommended by
the manufacturer
